Ok mate if you want to reduce payments you have to play the system, you have a probation officer use the fucking idiot, tell him theres no way on earth you can pay 10 quid a week offer to pay a fiver and tell him you want to go to court to arange a more realistic payment plan, you will get it but you MUST pay regulary so the court sees money going in, dont fuck about and miss them from the outset pay a fiver and keep paying it then you will get your payments reduced. As long as you pay regulary your laughing mate.
Bottom line fines dont go away so you might as well pay them and avoid the hassel.
